Good to know

Does a finger-prick give real results?

Yes. Capillary blood is validated for every marker on Baseline and Core, and goes to the same accredited lab as a venous sample.

What if my sample fails?

We send a second kit free of charge. It rarely happens, and even less with the arm collector.

Is it a subscription?

No. One-off panels never renew. Only the twice-yearly plan bills monthly, and you can cancel it in two clicks.
